This set consists of a wooden box containing four rubber stamps, one for each of the first four hierarchies of the decimal system. The largest rubber stamp depicts the golden bead cube of one thousand, the next the square of one hundred, then the golden ten-bar, and the smallest, a single golden unit. There are five manipulative exercises consisting of printed direction cards, picture cards, and number labels. The exercises are graduated in difficulty and guide the students to achieve a firm understanding of the concept of unit, ten, hundred, and thousand. A child-safe, non-toxic, water-based ink pad is now also included in this set.
